We only accept returns/credits within 7 days from invoice – please check your items carefully on arrival in store! We are happy to replace the item if faulty in the first instance, and alternatively credit your account if we are unable to replace. We do not accept returns or issue credits for change of mind. If you have any issues with your order, please give us a call.
We also strongly advise that you inspect all boxes on delivery before you sign for them; for obvious damage that may have been caused in transit. If your consignment is visibly damaged, please notify us immediately and do not sign for it, as the carrier views this as “accepted in good condition” regardless.
