WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

Our office is open Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. If you would like to make an appointment, or are unable to visit during these hours, please give us a call; we try to accommodate all our customers as best we can.
 
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

Our office and Warehouse is located in Hannigan Drive Mt Wellington Auckland. We have several showrooms displayed, each one dedicated to a specific range – Glass, Homeware, Furniture & Christmas.

DO YOU HAVE REPRESENTATIVES THAT CAN CALL ON US?

Unfortunately, after 26 years, we no longer have Reps on the road. Our full catalogue is available to view by logging into our website. Alternatively we have several large showrooms set up and available to view at our Mt Wellington office.  If you need to speak to someone regarding products, a consignment or paying an invoice, please give us a call.
 
DO YOU EXIHIBIT AT THE AUCKLAND GIFT AND HOMEWARE FAIRS?


Yes! We can always be found at the Auckland Gift Fairs (March & September), Hall 1, Stand 1080. We have one of the biggest stands, so you can’t miss us!
 
WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM?

We import different items from different destinations all over the world.  Our Sandra Rich Glassware & Robin Reed Christmas Crackers originate from Europe. We import our homeware and Christmas selections from various other destinations such as China, India and The Philippines. Our product ranges are usually themed which is indicative of the trends that are appearing overseas and proving very popular.
 
DO YOU SHIP TO AUSTRALIA?

Yes, we now ship to Australia. Please contact us for more information.
